A study has shown that four-day workweek makes employees happier, healthier, and higher-performing, while increasing their job satisfaction. The six-month trial involved 2,896 employees at 141 companies in Australia, New Zealand, US, UK, Canada and Ireland. They were asked questions like, 'Does your work frustrate you?' and 'How would you rate your mental health?' before and after the trials.
