Four of the six people killed in Haridwar's Mansa Devi temple stampede on Sunday belonged to Uttar Pradesh, an official statement said. The victims were identified as Aarush from Bareilly, Vicky from Rampur, Vakil from Barabanki, and Shanti from Budaun, it added. UP CM Yogi Adityanath announced ₹2 lakh financial assistance for the family of each deceased from the state.
