Four people were killed and over 30 injured after an explosion at a fireworks storage facility in Pakistan's Karachi, authorities said. Sindh Minister Zia-ul-Hassan Lanjar said such warehouses are not allowed to exist in residential areas and assured that those responsible would face legal action. The cause of the explosion could not be immediately known, police said.
