Nearly four months after a furious flashflood ravaged the Thunag panchayat in Himachal Pradesh's Seraj region of Mandi district, time seems to have frozen for its residents. The scars of June 30 still mark the landscape: broken homes, overturned vehicles and mounds of debris that have become grim reminders of the night nature turned violent.
