At least four people have been killed and 15 others have been injured in a shooting on a highway in Jerusalem, Israeli police said, calling the attackers "terrorists". Paramedics who arrived at the scene found victims lying on the road and sidewalk near a bus stop, some of them unconscious. Police added that the attackers were neutralised.
