The Maharashtra Cyber Cell has filed a case against four Wikipedia editors for not removing objectionable and incorrect content on Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. The agency earlier sent a notice to Wikimedia Foundation, which runs Wikipedia, to remove the content but received no response. Screenshots of allegedly false content on the Maratha leader's Wikipedia page surfaced online.
