A four-year-old girl who was bitten by stray dogs died at a Bengaluru hospital after contracting rabies. The deceased, Khadira Banu, was attacked by stray dogs while she was playing outside her residence in April. "There are a lot of stray dogs in Davanagere town, and no one has taken any measures to curtail the problem," her uncle said.
