A 4-year-old boy with a complex jaw fracture and TMJ dislocation was successfully treated at Apex Hospitals, Mumbai, using a minimally invasive closed reduction with modified Gunning splints. Led by Dr Vinod Pal, the approach avoided open surgery, preserved jaw growth, and enabled full recovery within weeks, ensuring proper alignment and function.
