Addressing the 'Samvidhan Bachao Samavesh' event on Friday, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said, "In Odisha, more than 40,000 women are missing. Nobody knows where they are." He added, "Every day, around 15 women are raped in Odisha, and the state government is not at all bothered." His remark followed the alleged gang-rape case of a 20-year-old student at Gopalpur beach.
