The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) have reportedly rescued around 413 stranded Kinnaur Kailash yatris in Himachal Pradesh using the rope traverse technique after two makeshift bridges over the Tanglippi and Kangrang streams were washed away due to heavy rains. ITBP has shared the visuals of the rescue operation, where the pilgrims can be seen ziplining across the stream to safety.
