As many as 48 Panjab University (PU) faculty members have featured in this year's Stanford-Elsevier list of the world's top 2% scientists. 30 of them have secured a place in career-wise ranks. PU faculty members who have made it to the list include Kewal Krishan, Santosh Kumar Upadhyay, Harsh Nayyar, Gargi Ghoshal, Sushil Kumar Kansal, Bhupinder Singh Bhoop, and others.
