At least five residents of Batsar village in Dhoraiya block found themselves marked 'dead' on voter list and approached BDO Arvind Kumar with a memorandum that read, "Sir, we are alive." Kumar assured immediate action and asked BLO to fill Form-6 and reinstate the names. Notably, Bihar will go to polls on November 6 and 11.
