In a tragic incident in Karnataka's Malai Mahadeshwara Reserve Forest, five tigers (including a mother and four cubs) were found dead from poisoning. Locals grazing cattle are suspected to be the culprits after the wildlife killed cattle in the area. A high-level inquiry has been launched to investigate the matter.
