Uttar Pradesh government approved a scholarship scheme for five meritorious students yearly from the state to study master’s in UK universities, said Higher Education Minister Yogendra Upadhyaya. This scheme will be rolled out for the next three years and will cover students' stay and travel, he added. The scholarship will cost the state exchequer nearly ₹23 lakh/student, he said.
