National Human Rights Commission member Priyank Kanoongo said complaints were received about around 500 Hindu children enrolled in government-funded madrasas in MP's Morena and Shivpuri. He said, "Complainant alleges conspiracy to convert Hindu kids to Islam by teaching Quran." He added, "Hindu...shouldn't be in madrasas. Even if Muslim children attend madrasas, they should also go to school."
