In an apparent reference to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that a "54-year-old leader who calls himself 'yuva' is roaming around claiming we would change the Constitution", however, the provision for amendments is within it. He also alleged that Congress distributed "blank" Constitutions in Maharashtra, terming it as the "biggest fraud" he's ever seen.
