Six people have been arrested for allegedly tying an Army jawan to pole and assaulting him in UP's Meerut. The police stated that efforts are on to trace other accused. Kapil Kavad was allegedly beaten by toll booth staff after he objected to long queue and asked them to allow him to pass as he had to catch a flight.
