The government on Thursday released the 2025 rankings of educational institutions, with six IITs among the top 10 in the 'overall' category. IIT Madras topped the list, followed by IISc Bengaluru. IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee ranked third to seventh, while AIIMS Delhi, JNU Delhi and BHU Varanasi completed the top 10.
