Sixty street food vendors in Dibrugarh were certified under FSSAI’s Food Safety Training and Certification (FoSTaC) programme, held in partnership with Nestlé India and NASVI. The training focused on hygiene, safe food handling and sanitation. Part of the 'Serve Safe Food' initiative, it aims to boost public health and street food standards in Assam.
