As many as 68.5 lakh names from Bihar's voter list were deleted while 21.53 lakh new voters were added in the final list released by the Election Commission on Tuesday. The final roll published on Tuesday showed 7.42 crore electors - down 6% from 7.89 crore on June 24 after the three-month Special Intensive Revision (SIR).
