Seven police officials, including constables and head constables, have been suspended for failing to detect a 'dummy bomb' in Red Fort, just days ahead of the August 15 celebrations. They were suspended for negligence in security. A special team of Delhi Police dressed in civilian attire conducted a mock drill and placed a dummy bomb, a statement said.
