A 72-year-old man has been arrested for groping a woman in the middle of a busy road in UP's Muzaffarnagar. CCTV footage of the sexual assault has surfaced online, showing the accused inappropriately touching the woman as he walks past her. Another video has emerged showing the accused in police custody, where he appears limping with his hands trembling.
