Veteran actress Mumtaz, 77, opened up about using cosmetic fillers, and her stance on plastic surgery. She said she uses face fillers every four months. "Even if I have to do a plastic surgery, I will do it. If that makes me look beautiful, why not? Everybody should do it...it's not a crime," the actress said in an interview.
