Eight to ten Army soldiers are reported missing in the lower Harsil area from a camp amid a cloudburst in Uttarakhand, ANI said quoting Indian Army officials. Despite its own people missing, Indian Army troops are engaged in relief operations, the statement read. At least four people have died and over 50 are missing after the cloudburst triggered flash floods.
