As many as eight people were killed and 13 others survived after a hot-air balloon crashed in the city of Praia Grande in Brazil's southern state of Santa Catarina. The incident was caught on camera, with a video circulating on social media showing the balloon catching fire mid-air before deflating and falling to the ground. The survivors have been hospitalised.
