Karnataka Home Minister G Parameshwara has said that around eight lakh people gathered outside Chinnaswamy Stadium for the RCB victory celebrations. "There has been no previous instance of so many people gathering for cricket. It would have been a record had it gone well," he said. 11 people were killed in the stampede that broke out during the celebration.
