Following the horrific incident in Rampur where a father swung his 8-month-old upside down in public, the child has been diagnosed with a dislocated hip. The mother, Suman, said, “My child is now sick…we are getting him treated.” She blamed the police for inaction and demanded strict punishment for the accused and his family.
