Over 80,000 people have fled their homes in southwest China's Guizhou province after torrential rains led to severe flooding in the region, Beijing's state media reported on Wednesday. Rescue teams have been sent to two Guizhou counties, where the flood control response was raised to its highest level, Xinhua reported. Further, floods have also hit the neighbouring Guangxi province.
