As many as 84 prisoners at Thane Central Jail in Maharashtra received certificates for completing skill development programmes, including bakery production, wall painting, and computer training, to aid reintegration into society, officials said. They added that a female inmate was also felicitated for completing her BA degree. Officials said these programmes will help prisoners after release.
