A nine-year-old chess prodigy Aarit Kapil came close to defeating world number one Magnus Carlsen in a major online platform organised by ''Early Titled Tuesday' tournament. However, in the end, the nine-year-old had to settle for a draw due to limited time. With the stalemate result, Carlsen avoided humiliation. Aarit participated in the game from his hotel room in Georgia.
