Majority (218 out of 243 or 90%) of the newly-elected Bihar MLAs are crorepatis, a report by Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) and Bihar Election Watch said. The average wealth of Bihar MLAs has doubled from ₹4.32 crore in 2020 to ₹9.02 crore in 2025, the report said. The total assets of winning candidates have also doubled to ₹2,193 crore.
