A 90-year-old man from Bihar’s Muzaffarpur, Raj Narayan Thakur, approached the District Magistrate after his son falsely declared him dead to sell ancestral land. With no formal partition of property, the son allegedly sold land worth ₹2 lakh using forged documents. The elderly man is demanding cancellation of the sale and action against those involved.
