The 91-year-old father of Captain Sumeet Sabharwal, who was the Pilot-in-Command of the Air India plane that crashed in June, killing 260 people, has approached the Supreme Court. He has sought a judge-monitored fair, transparent, and technically sound probe into the crash. He said the investigation team seemed to focus on deceased pilots and not on other plausible technical causes.
