The 92-year-old former Prime Minister and JD(S) leader HD Deve Gowda arrived in a wheelchair to cast his vote for the Vice-Presidential elections on Tuesday. This comes as the voting began on Tuesday with Prime Minister Narendra Modi casting the first vote. Polling will end at 5 pm, with counting of votes scheduled to begin at 6 pm.
