Bengaluru's Unnati Foundation trains nearly 3 lakh youths across India to help them develop workplace abilities and etiquette. With a monthly family income of ₹6,000, Anjali Devi is an engineering graduate from rural Karnataka, who found difficulty in finding jobs. After joining the programme, she honed her skills in communication and confidence, among other things and landed a ₹40,000/month job.
