PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti, reacting to Delhi’s car bomb blast, said, “When a doctor says...he wants to die, it's a serious matter.” She added young people who once aspired to become doctors and engineers are now willing to blow themselves up. Mufti said the Centre promised laptops in place of stones and guns, but "made that youth a suicide bomber".
