The Centre has reportedly provided CRPF's X-category security cover to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau's (AAIB) DG, GVG Yugandhar, who is leading the probe into the Ahmedabad plane crash. This comes after a threat review by intelligence agencies highlighted the need for it, reports said. CRPF commandos have reportedly been deployed to ensure the safety of Yugandhar.
