Aamir Khan admitted he was not surprised by the failure of his 2018 film, Thugs of Hindostan. He said, "Mujhe bhi woh film pasand nahi thi. Jab film release ho rahi thi, main khud hi khush nahi tha (Even I did not like the film. When the film was being released, I myself wasn't happy)."
