After AAP filed a plea seeking allotment of residential accommodation to its National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi High Court agreed to hear it on August 25. The petition stated that under the guidelines, a recognised national party's president was entitled to one government residence, provided they neither own a house nor have been allotted one in any other official capacity.
