Accenture CEO Julie Sweet said when her ex-boss Pierre Nanterme asked if she was interested in becoming the chief, she answered yes without self-doubt. She added that former JPMorgan Chase CFO Dina Dublon's advice to "never question a promotion you don't feel ready for" helped her in her decision. Sweet stated that asking for help is one of her "superpowers".
