RJD leader Mrityunjay Tiwary said Jan Suraaj Party chief Prashant Kishor's decision to not contest Bihar polls makes it look like he has already accepted defeat before going to battlefield. "Kishor must realise that politics is not as easy as providing consultancy to political parties," he added. Kishor said contesting Bihar polls would have distracted me from necessary organisational work.
