The two of three accused, linked with ISIS and arrested in Gujarat for allegedly planning terror attacks, had conducted recee of several religious and organisational buildings including RSS offices, in Ahmedabad, Delhi and Lucknow. An officer said accused did recee to assess security arrangements. Among arms seized is natural weapon, ricin, a lethal poison extracted from castor beans.
