The Supreme Court on Monday said action will be taken if any person or organisation comes in between of picking dogs from streets in Delhi-NCR. "Infants and young children, not at any cost, should fall prey to rabies," the top court stated. The SC asked authorities to pick up stray dogs and put them in shelters within eight weeks.
