Haryanvi actor-filmmaker Uttam Kumar, known for his film 'Dhakad Chhora', was detained on Monday for allegedly raping an actress-singer on the pretext of giving her film roles. However, soon after his detention, his health deteriorated, with his family alleging that he was poisoned. Police said the investigation is ongoing and Kumar will be arrested once he's declared medically fit.
