In Chennai, a massive rally and public meeting were organised on Friday 19 by the Periyar followers against Israel’s genocide in Palestine. Various political parties, social organisations, and Islamic associations across Tamil Nadu have joined the protest. Veteran actors Prakash Raj and Sathyaraj (known for playing Kattappa in 'Baahubali') were part of the rally too.
