Adani Group is set to acquire over 88 marquee assets of Sahara — including including Aamby Valley and Sahara Star Hotel, in a single consolidated transaction. The deal, pending Supreme Court approval, aims to deposit sale proceeds into the SEBI-Sahara refund account. Sahara has also requested broad legal protections and proposed a high-level committee to oversee the sale.
