Adani Power emerged as the lowest bidder for Bihar’s 2,400 MW Bhagalpur project, quoting ₹6.075 per unit, narrowly beating Torrent, JSW, and Lalitpur Power. The tariff, split into ₹4.165 fixed and ₹1.91 fuel charges, was considered highly competitive. The ₹30,000-crore project is expected to transform Bihar’s power and industrial landscape.
