Adani Road Transport Ltd (ARTL), a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, signed an SPA on September 11, 2025, to acquire 100% stake in DP Jain TOT Toll Roads Pvt Ltd for an enterprise value up to ₹1,342 crore. The deal, subject to approvals, strengthens ARTL’s toll road portfolio and supports its strategic growth in India’s infrastructure sector.
