AdaniConneX has acquired 100% of Granthik Realtors Pvt Ltd for ₹85.99 crore. GRPL, incorporated in May 2023, holds a significant land parcel and key licenses for infrastructure development, despite not yet commencing commercial operations. This strategic acquisition will accelerate ACX's plans to develop various infrastructure facilities, including a 1GW data centre platform across India by 2030.
