The Chandigarh Police have arrested advocate Simranjeet Singh Blassi (39) of Ferozepur for allegedly wielding a sword inside the the Punjab and Haryana High Court complex and attacking fellow lawyers. His arrest came late on Wednesday night, following a video footage that captured the shocking incident.
